The “Go High” hitmaker in a dialogue with Nana Kwame Gyan on No 1 showbiz revealed a man convinced her to pursue secular as that will be of great benefit than gospel music.

This was at an early stage of my career and he was willing to invest in me only if i will do secular music.

“I declined the offer because of my love for God’s work and the training i got Way back in secondary school about the ministry of God”

Philipa added she remained patient and waited upon God’s time and now she looks back and feel fulfilled by what the Lord has done in her music ministry.

She adviced upcoming gospel artiste to be patient and wait upon the Lord and not rush to make certain decisions that will affect them later.
