Ghanaian attacker Kwadwo Poku joins Europa FC in Gibraltar

Gibraltar National League side Europa FC have announced the signing of Ghanaian attacker Kwadwo Poku.

The 28-year-old joins countryman Rahim Ayew, senior brother of Ghana Internationals Andre and Jordan Ayew at the seven-time Gibraltar Premier Division Champions.

Poku before his move to Europa FC played for Tampa Bay Rowdies in the USL Championship.

He had previously featured for  MLS side New York City FC as well as Miami FC.

The player also had a short stint with Russian side Anzhi Makhachkala and has served on the books of Georgia Revolution, Atlanta Silverbacks and Wilmington Hammerheads all in the States.
