I will wait till my son returns, irrespective of what the law says- Castro’s father

Father of Ghanaian musician Castro in an interview with Christian Agyei Frimpong on Onua Tv Anigye Mmre has declared he will patiently wait for his son’s return irrespective of what the law says.

According to Mr Eshun , the laws has their rights but to him and his family they also have their right to wait for their son as long as possible.

On the 6th day of July 2014, hiplife musician, Theophilus Tagoe, popularly known as Castro was reported missing with Miss Janet Bandu in Ada while on holiday with the Gyan brothers and friends. Castro and Miss Janet Bandu were reported to have drowned following a jet ski accident at Ada Estuary.

The laws of Ghana according to The Evidence Act of 1975, Section 33, a person can only be declared legally dead after seven years by a court, where the person in question has not been seen or heard of in seven years after a diligent search.
