We haven’t imposed any paycut on our players- Opare Addo clears air

Communication Director of Accra Hearts Of oak has stated that the club has never imposed any pay cut on it players as it was reported in the local media.

There was several report in the Ghanaian media that, Hearts Of oak were suggesting a pay cut to there playing body.

“We haven’t imposed any paycut on the players but if in the future we want to do such thing, we will sit down with the players  professionally and discuss with them” he told Light Fm.

Hearts of oak has currently signed a partnership deal with GTV Sports + where their training sessions, camping and  highlights of matches will be shown.

The partnership forms part of the club’s rebranding efforts to reposition the 2000 CAF Champions League and 2004 CAF Confederation Cup winners.

The Phobians after playing 14 matches in the Ghana Premier League has only been able to amass 21 points. Their record of 5 wins, 6 draws, and 3 defeats leave them occupying the 9th position on the standings of the division.
